Twist Damascus steel wrapped in an impossibly elegant olive wood handle is the unique twist your kitchen has been waiting for. It's a full tang knife with a polished steel bolster and a gorgeous three-star pin representing our great home state of Tennessee! The olive wood has the most beautiful grain patterns, and the knife even comes with a leather sheath for your storage and travel needs.

Damascus is 7x7 with 5 folds (448 layers).

Damascus pattern and wood grain will vary. Like, a lot. It's a surprise every time!

BLADE CARE:
1085 high carbon and Damascus Steel are great at holding an edge, but will rust and stain if not taken care of properly. Please clean and dry your blade after use, and apply a light coat of oil (gun oil, coconut oil, canola...almost any clear oil) in order to protect the blade and add longevity.
