I did not communicate with the seller. As for the knife: The knife came in a simple box wrapped inside in a bubble... The box was all wrinkled, it's amazing that the blade did not break. The knife pattern is not the same as in the description, it is more pale and made by laser. Sharpening extremely mediocre and with Notched... I had to sharpen. Steel does not inspire trust, thin and straight feeling that it is ready to crumble at the handle... But the handle is pleasant.

The packaging came in normal, it was not particularly soft. The knife is heavy, the factory sharpening for starters is normal. Of course, the pattern etched under damascus and the metal is light magnetized on the handle and blade. In general, for such money is satisfied. :)
