Ceramics, sharp. Well cut vegetables, fruits, meat. I tried all kinds of food. Cut perfectly and thinly. Clean easily, if you wipe immediately dry, there are no traces on the blade. 24.11 were ordered and 17.12 were delivered. packed well. decided to try black did not understand whether it was ceramic. very thin and light. very comfortable handle and even the cleaner decently cleans vegetables though plastic. For 750 rubles 4 knives is inexpensive. We have one knife worth 300 rubles. Usually i have enough for a year 2 such knives and then blunt or the tip breaks and in these knives a rounded tip. Knives are excellent. For this money we can hardly buy 1 piece. I change them once a year, without sharpening is enough. Especially pleases the cleaner, bought different-but from such a plan of sets it is best for everyone!!
