Knife arrived a little later than expected, but due to the time of year it wasn’t a problem at all. However it was well worth the wait. Fantastic price & service for a nicely forged & unique item. This is a great general purpose for cutting, slicing and general food prep. Calling it a fillet knife is a push. It has excellent weight, very good balance, and a VERY sharp edge. The only real complaint that I have with the knife is whatever was used on the knife to protect it from rust. It took a good 20 minutes with soap, hot water and Scotch Brite to clean it up.
